Hover 是一款本机行情查看工具。我们不创建账号，不接入广告或分析 SDK，也不提供交易、钱包、托管或投资建议。
Hover is an on-device market viewer. We do not create accounts, include advertising or analytics SDKs, or provide trading, wallet, custody, or investment-advice services.

开发者与适用范围
本政策适用于由 Hover 开发者发布的 Android 应用 Hover（包名 com.hover.app）。
我们收集什么
Hover 不收集账号、姓名、邮箱、电话、通讯录、精确位置、广告标识或设备序列号，不接入分析、广告或崩溃上报 SDK。
关注列表、分组、价格预警、显示偏好和悬浮窗位置只保存在设备本地，不会上传到 Hover 服务器。
网络请求与第三方行情源
当你查看行情时，Hover 会通过 HTTPS 直接向公开行情源请求价格、K 线和搜索结果：Binance、OKX、Gate、Bybit、Hyperliquid、Aster、DexScreener。这些请求不包含 Hover 账号或我们生成的用户标识。
与任何互联网请求一样，行情提供方可能处理 IP 地址、请求时间、User-Agent 等标准网络信息，具体以相应提供方的隐私政策为准。Hover 不会把这些信息回传到自己的服务器。
来源跳转与邀请码
只有当你主动打开来源行情页时，外部链接才可能包含开发者的公开邀请码，用于支持应用维护。邀请码不是用户标识，不会用于识别你。
权限用途
- 悬浮窗：在其他应用上方显示你选择的报价。
- 通知：显示价格预警、悬浮窗运行状态和必要的恢复提示。
- 网络：通过 HTTPS 获取公开行情。
- 闹钟、开机与后台能力：仅用于恢复你已主动启用的悬浮窗和按时执行本机预警。
保存、删除与安全
本机设置会保留到你删除相应内容、清除应用数据或卸载 Hover。卸载应用会删除 Hover 保存在设备上的数据。公开行情请求使用 HTTPS；Hover 不销售或共享本机保存的数据。
儿童隐私
Hover 不面向儿童，也不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。
政策更新
如本政策发生实质变化，我们会更新本页的生效日期，并在后续版本中提供相应说明。

Developer and scope
This policy applies to Hover, the Android application published by the Hover developer under package name com.hover.app.
Data we collect
Hover does not collect accounts, names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, precise location, advertising identifiers, or device serial numbers. It does not include analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs.
Watchlists, groups, price alerts, display preferences, and overlay positions remain on your device and are not uploaded to a Hover server.
Network requests and market-data providers
When you view markets, Hover requests public quotes, charts, and search results directly over HTTPS from Binance, OKX, Gate, Bybit, Hyperliquid, Aster, DexScreener. Requests do not contain a Hover account or a user identifier created by us.
As with any internet request, a market-data provider may process standard network information such as an IP address, request time, and User-Agent. The provider's own privacy policy governs that processing. Hover does not send this information back to its own server.
Source links and referral codes
An external source link may include the developer's public referral code only when you choose to open that source page. The code supports app maintenance; it is not a user identifier and is not used to identify you.
Permissions
- Display over other apps: shows quotes you select above other apps.
- Notifications: shows price alerts, overlay status, and necessary restore prompts.
- Network: retrieves public market data over HTTPS.
- Alarms, boot, and background capabilities: restore an overlay you enabled and run on-device alerts at the requested time.
Retention, deletion, and security
Local settings remain until you remove the corresponding content, clear app data, or uninstall Hover. Uninstalling Hover deletes data stored by the app on your device. Public market requests use HTTPS. Hover does not sell or share locally stored data.
Children's privacy
Hover is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page and, when appropriate, an explanation in a later app release.
